The Staff at Happy Faces Playgroup

We are very proud of our long serving team of staff at Happy Faces Playgroup. We aim to provide a ratio of 1:6 (the current pre-school learning alliance guidelines are 1:8) at each session, this helps us to give time and attention to each child, talk with the children about their interests and activities, help the children to experience and benefit from the activities we provide and allow the children to explore and be adventurous in safety. All staff have been trained in First Aid.
